Kim Sousa, Founder and Principal Consultant has worked for over 29 years in the design and construction industry managing marketing departments and business development teams. She has become well known in the design community in New England, North Carolina and the East Coast. Spending her career focusing on professional services marketing has given her the unique ability to assist engineers, architects and construction professionals in expressing their talents through written proposals, relationship building, visibility, and presentations to win work. Developing and managing marketing and business development teams, strategic planning, client relations, communications, tradeshows and events, proposal management and lead generation are only among some of the many roles and responsibilities that she has perfected over her years at different firms in the industry. Kim has participated in 8 acquisitions in her career and learned a great deal about what’s important on both sides when companies come together. Kim and her team are ready to help your firm better organize your marketing and business development efforts at whatever level is needed.
Kim has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington where she currently sits on the Alumni Board of Directors.
